Trust The Word Of God Because It Never Fails

Do you trust God's word?

Do you know what it takes to trust the word of God? To trust God's word we need to know God first.

The centurion in Matthew 8:8,9, only wanted Jesus to speak the word. The centurion recognised the power of Jesus, he had come all the way because he believed. So many go to church but are unable to believe in the promises (word) of God.

The centurion believed in the power of God's healing before Jesus died on the cross. Truly, the centurion had a great faith! The centurion knew God. Knowing God and knowing about God are two different things.

One is revelation, the latter is information. Those who walk in revelation, grow in faith. When you have revelation of God, you apply faith. You are willing to trust in God's word because your eyes of understanding has been enlightened.

  • The doctor will say sorry, but God's word heals when He says "by my stripes you are already healed". God is our Jehovah Rapha. Just believe!
  • Worldly armies will fail to protect you, but God is our Elohim Shomri. Just believe!
  • Earthly supplies may exhaust, but God remains our Jehovah Jireh. Just believe!

Those who trust in God's Word always see God's work

Believe, and you will see the glory of God. The apostles believed and saw the manifestation of God's power in their lives.

The 120 disciples of Jesus, stood against all evil against their spirit from gathering on the day of Pentecost. Jesus did say, each day has enough trouble. 10 days may not seem much to us, but we must understand that though 500 people saw Jesus post resurrection, only 120 gathered on the day of Pentecost.

When we believe in God, we will believe in His every word and see the glory of God manifest in our lives. Let's get ready, our King is coming. Praise God and Amen!
