How To Kill A Giant Problem?
It's never easy to face opposition when you are unprepared. Spiritual problems do not come when we are prepared.
Saul's army was winning battles, but feared Goliath because of his size, and threats.
What do you need to face giant-like problems?
Shepherd David took five stones to attack Goliath, the giant (1 Samuel 15:40). He overcame the giant problem standing against Israel by the power of God.
How can we overcome giants?
Consider these five stones.
Prayer and Thanksgiving (Exodus 15:11).
Revelation of God's word - Meditation (Psalms 1:1-3). A believer will never be found in the company of wicked counsel, sinners or mockers.
Anointing breaks every yoke of bondage (Isaiah 11:27). Yoke refers to evil characters or old natures.
Vision of Calvary (Hebrews 12:3,4). Jesus shed blood to give us victory over sin. We must resist sin. Some, love to lie, find fault, etc. (Jeremiah 9:4,5).
Holiness is a necessity (Daniel 9:3-23). God gives skill and understanding to those who keep themselves holy. We must present our bodies as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God (Romans 12:1,2).
The spiritual battle is intensifying as we approach the end. We must remain in the presence of God. God is our refuge and strength. Learn to trust in Him.
Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
