Love & Order
We don't walk into our offices saying I'll do whatever I want.
Students cannot choose to disrupt a class while the teacher is teaching.
A child cannot decide to do whatever they want without their parents.
Every place has its rules. Home, office, school, streets, internet, and holy places have rules and regulations. Products have manuals or instructions.
There is ORDER to everything we do.
There is a WAY to do everything.
We obey these rules and go above and beyond to prove ourselves. We labour hard to achieve in every area of life.
We are used to narrow roads.
We know how to train the spirit, guard the heart and discipline our body when we need it the most for this life.
Why is it that when it comes to God, we can't seem to obey Him or trust His way of life?
WHERE'S THE PROBLEM?
Lack of vision (Acts 2:28)
Lust for power (Acts 8)
Desire self-will
Love for money
Fear of death
and more...
All kinds of hindrances affect us when we forget two things;
What God has done
Why did he call us
The 'What God has done' sets us up for 'Why He called us'. God desires to reveal His love and glory in and through us. He has already blessed us with a sound mind, love and power to go ahead and live for Him. What we need to do is stay in order, walk in His way. Love keeps us in order.
Everything we live for on this earth will perish, except the Word of God. Dear saint, remain in God's presence and the knowledge of His word. Jesus is coming soon.
