Shine Your Light, Children Of God

Children of God need to be signs and wonders (Isaiah 8:18) (Hebrews 2:13) (Psalms 127:3).

Spirit-baptised children of God need to shine their light.

How to be CHILDREN WHO ARE SIGNS AND WONDERS?

• Teach the children. Learn (Deuteronomy 6:7).

• Train up a child in the way of God; when old, he won't depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). King Solomon fell during old age (1 Kings 11:3,4).

• Correct the children. Spare the rod and spoil the child (Proverbs 23:13). Bastards hate correction (Hebrews 12:7,8).

• Disciplined children receive wisdom (Proverbs 29:15). Jesus is our wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:30). Jesus was a wise child (Luke 2:46,47)

• Disciplined children are a peace of mind and gladness for others (Proverbs 29:17). The church lived in the fear of God and guidance of the Spirit (Acts 9:31) - peace ensued.

Believers do not seek signs and wonders. You, dear believer, are a sign and wonder to the world around you. Rejoice! Submit and let God shine His light in and through you.
