Christ’s Perfect Work Is Our Hope
None of us is faithful. We all fall short. I’m sure you’d agree with me. But God has, is and will always be loyal.
Christ’s perfect work is our hope.
Forgive and cleanse our sins when we confess to Him (1 John 1:9). Many have died because of walking unworthy (1 Corinthians 11:30).
Keeps his promises and calls us into a partnership with Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:9). Many chose to reject Jesus (John 6:66).
Makes a way for us to escape during temptations (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Establishes us and keeps us from evil (2 Thessalonians 3:3). When Satan desired to sift Peter, Jesus interceded for him (Luke 22:31).
Keeps us blameless (1 Thessalonians 5:24). God kept Joseph blameless during his trials.
Fulfils His promises (Hebrews 10:23). We were strangers to the gospel (Ephesians 2:11-13). Now, He authorises faith in us and keeps us till the end.
We are blessed to be in this marvellous light. Every new day is an opportunity for us to renew our walk and grow in Christ. Make each day count, let His faithfulness shine.
