Do You Know Where You Are Going After Death?

Jesus says, “You know where you are going” (John 14:4). Do you know where you are going?

We were fast and furious on the highway to hell. God rescued us and set us on the highway to heaven.

Highway Of Holiness

The highway to heaven is the Highway of Holiness (Isaiah 35:8). Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It is only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there.

Living Way

It is the new and living way opened to us by the precious blood of Jesus (Hebrews 10:19–20). It is alive! Full of life. A joyful way where the spirit is free from hell’s clutches (Psalm 51:12).

More Excellent Way

The more excellent way of love (1 Corinthians 12:31). Seeking spiritual gifts is encouraged, but not at the cost of love. Gifts can make us proud. Love keeps us humble so gifts glorify God.

As born-again children of God, we know where we are going. Jesus will come and take us to the place He is preparing for us. Remain in the way of Jesus. Jesus is the way (John 14:6). Follow Jesus with the Holy Spirit’s leading, and you will be caught up when Jesus comes.
