Does God Care About Me?

Casting all your care upon Jesus, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

What is man, that God thinks of him, that He visits him? (Psalms 8:4; Hebrews 2:6). Son of man — Jesus.

Man does not know God, neither desires to know Him. To know God, we have received grace. Grace has helped us to know God.

The grace of God, the blood of Jesus, has made us sons of man. The Spirit of adoption is present in those purchased by the blood of Jesus — we cry, “Abba, Father” (Romans 8:15).

Man thinks of being the greatest (Matthew 18:1-3). God desires we become like children.

“What have I done to you? Testify against me,” asked God (Micah 6:3). God never does anything against us, neither does He weary us.

Who Did God Care For?

  1. Hagar (Genesis 16:8-11) — the Lord has heard your affliction. Ishmael means “the Lord has heard.” “Fear not, God has heard the voice of the lad” (Genesis 21:17). Remember, God knows you. Wherever you go, He knows and understands your condition.

  2. Jacob, speaking to his wives, told how he served with great strength (Genesis 31:6-8). Laban tried many tricks with Jacob, but God cared for Jacob. God knows who goes against us and how we suffer under others. Whatever Jacob lost was restored by God.

  3. The man bedridden for 38 years (John 5:5-6). “Do you desire healing?” He had no one to help him; Jesus healed him. It is not God’s will to see His children bedridden.

Never worry about what to eat, drink, or wear. God will provide all your needs according to His riches in glory.

Seek His grace and mercy.

Maranatha. Praise God. Amen.
