Faith In Christ Alone Will Help Overcome Spiritual Attacks

Faith is not a formality. It is the guard against the evil attacks of the devil.

4 common evil attacks against believers;

• Spirit of rebellion (Psalms 106:33). Refusing to accept mistakes, entitled, and demanding.

• Spirit of deep sleep (Isaiah 29:10). The moment you sit to pray or read the Bible, sleep and tiredness persist.

• Adultery (Hosea 4:12). Filthy thoughts, lustful desires, and evil imaginations are fed in via content consumed daily.

• Liars (1 Kings 22:22). God hates lies. Many give excuses and neglect church fellowship. Lie about little things to get away from necessary encounters.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

Unless we are not fuelled by the Spirit of God, our faith will fail against these old natures.

• Father's Spirit (Romans 8:14). Be filled with God's love and joy.

• Spirit of Holiness (Romans 1:4). Desire a holy lifestyle. Seek in prayer.

• Spirit of Christ (1 Peter 1:11). Mind to suffer like Jesus (1 Peter 4:1)

• Immeasurable Spirit (John 3:34). Let the Holy Spirit have a free flow. Learn to wait in Him.

Dear believer, the spiritual battle will not stop till we enter into the forever promised to us by God. Let Christ be our all in all. Walk in peace and forgiveness. Let God sanctify us for His coming.
