Life Is Good For All Who Know God
Habakkuk said, even if things don't go well, he will still rejoice in God (Habakkuk 3:17,18).
Do we have that attitude towards life? Often people ask, How's life or How are you? And we respond, good, even if it's not. It's hard when things aren't going well from an earthly standpoint.
Today we are burdened by much happening in and around our lives. These burdens require unloading. Christ welcomes us to offload our burdens and stay focused on what is really good.
WHAT MAKES LIFE GOOD?
GOOD GOD (Mark 10:18). Only God is good. You know God, and He, the Good Shepherd, knows you and protects you daily.
GOOD NEWS (Isaiah 52:7). The "Why" or purpose of every child of God. The gospel that drives our every move - to do His will and not ours.
GOOD WORD (John 6:68). Doctrine, Correction, Reproof, and Instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). The blueprint for daily living.
GOOD THING - Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13). The third person who counsels, comforts and powers us to bring the Good Word to life in our lives.
GOOD WORKS (Ephesians 2:10). We are the workmanship of God. Christ and the Holy Spirit abide in us to fulfil God's will in our lives.
Dear child of God, no matter what the cost, our good God never fails His children. He keeps His promises. Let's seek His face continuously. Rest in His mercy and grace.
