Preserving Holiness to Bear Fruit for God
"Without holiness, no man can see God" (Hebrews 12:14). Many bear fruit, but without preserving their holiness. This is a slow poison for our spiritual walk.
How do we preserve the holiness of God? What must we keep holy to bear fruit for God?
Camp/House (Deuteronomy 23:14)
Works of our hands (Job 17:9)
Clothes (Psalms 119:9)
Faith (Job 33:3 / 11:4)
Prayers (Job 16:17; John 9:31)
Heart (Psalms 51:10)
Walk (Psalms 119:9)
Inner man or cup (Matthew 23:25–26)
Head (Turban) (Zechariah 3:5)
Conscience (Hebrews 10:22)
We must love holiness to bear fruit. The wisdom from above is holy (James 3:17). Jesus is Wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:31). Solomon is Peace (Song of Solomon 8:12). The holiness that God produces in our lives helps us bear fruit.
Desire the holiness of God to grow in holiness. We were created in holiness as born-again believers. Seek God, and put on Christ, who is our holiness.
Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
