The Kingdom Of God Is The Move Of The Holy Spirit In Your Life
You have seen the kingdom of God, haven’t you? Jesus says that every born-again believer has seen the kingdom of God (John 3:3), by grace through faith.
Before we saw the kingdom of God, we had only seen the kingdoms of the world. Satan tried to tempt Jesus by offering Him the kingdoms of this world (Matthew 4:8–9). The condition was that Jesus should worship Satan instead of God.
As believers, we are daily challenged by the temptations of the kingdoms of this world. But we do not belong to the kingdoms of this world.
When Jesus was brought before Pilate, He said that His kingdom was not of this world (John 18:36).
We go where Jesus is. Jesus said, “I go to prepare a place for you” (John 14:3). Is this place a physical place? No—it is a spiritual place.
It is the perfect place of righteousness, peace, and joy (Romans 14:17). The indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit helps us experience this peace and joy, and God’s Word prepares us in His righteousness.
There is nothing like the kingdom of God. Those who have seen it experience it as they move forward by faith, in obedience to His Word. This too is the grace of God.
Dear child of God, seek the kingdom of God. It is a place of rest that will flow from you (Luke 13:18–19). You will live by power (1 Corinthians 4:20) and become a blessing to others.
Maranatha. Praise God. Amen.
